"Nevertheless, among the three of us, Han brother's divine abilities are by far the most remarkable—when we break through the main hall's seal shortly." Upon hearing the woman's words, Shi Kun's gaze flickered, and he suddenly smiled. "The most remarkable? I certainly wouldn't claim that. But please, both of you, have full confidence—Han will do his utmost." Han Li nodded slightly, maintaining his composed expression. Seeing Han Li firmly commit to the task, Liu Shui'er and Shi Kun exchanged glances, both of them visibly relieved. Though both were proud and self-assured, they had already expended nearly half of their inner energy during the turbulent journey along the mountain path, especially after having to actively dispel illusions. Without Han Li's profound and incomparable abilities, breaking through the main hall's seal would have been far beyond their immediate capacity. They also had no concerns that Han Li might suddenly turn against them after the seal was lifted. After all, when they finally left this realm, they would still be present in Yun City.
Ci Liu Ying and Duan Tian Ren were waiting quietly within the city, so there was no need for them to worry about anything else. If this journey had merely been an ordinary treasure-hunting expedition, given the various feats of prowess displayed by Han Li throughout the way, Ci Liu Ying and Duan Tian Ren would have long since developed suspicion and taken defensive measures—far beyond mere envy. Yet, considering this, if Han Li had not demonstrated such overwhelming strength, and if they had not found the required treasures after unlocking the seal, it remains uncertain whether they would have honored their mutual promise to divide the remaining treasures equally. Liu Shui'er and Shi Kun, wary of Han Li's abilities and confident that even together they might not be able to match him, naturally would not have chosen to confront him directly. Although Han Li was certain to defeat both of them individually, he had no intention of breaking his word outright, for fear of disrupting his inner peace and creating inner turmoil. Moreover, he remained cautious due to the presence of Ci Liu Ying and Duan Tian Ren, and thus did not harbor any further ambitions. Under the current circumstances, the three of them have managed to maintain a stable, balanced relationship.
However, considering that the Chi clan was also roaming nearby, it was naturally better to secure the precious treasures as early as possible. This was precisely why, after dispelling the illusion, both Li Shui'er and her companion, though aware that the main hall's seal was no ordinary affair, still held out hope and decided to give it a try. Yet the power of the seal proved to be even stronger than they had anticipated—on their very first encounter, it successively destroyed Stone Kun's fiery hammer and Li Shui'er's sacred realm. Though neither of these treasures was their most powerful, they were undoubtedly among the most frequently used and convenient ones. Their easy destruction naturally left them deeply disappointed. As soon as they saw Han Li appear, they immediately expressed their desire for Han Li to take charge of breaking the seal. "Lady Li, Master Shi! While I may contribute a little effort, I'm certain that the two senior masters have prepared a range of special techniques specifically for this purpose. To break this hall's seal, we should not waste any magical energy—ideally, we should succeed in one go. Please, bring forth any special treasures you may have."
Han Li's expression suddenly grew serious. Upon hearing Han Li's words, Shi Kun was momentarily stunned. Liu Shui'er's eyes also flickered slightly. "There's no issue at all, Brother Han. If you've said so, then I won't hide any further reserves. I have a set of artifacts that are particularly effective at breaking seals—I'll certainly give my full support." A moment later, Liu Shui'er smiled gracefully. "As for me, I have no objections either. The earlier we retrieve our treasures, the sooner we can carry out our own affairs. I'm also planning to find a place to meditate and break through my current limitations. I'll also activate the seal-breaking scroll granted by my master." After a brief hesitation, Shi Kun also spoke up. After listening to their words, Han Li nodded with satisfaction and said nothing, then strode forward briskly toward the main hall's main gate. Liu Shui'er and Shi Kun split off to either side and followed behind. Eventually, the three of them stopped a dozen paces outside the hall's entrance. Han Li scanned the hall's gate with his eyes and then took a deep breath.
After his experience of breaking a taboo in the herb garden, he now felt more confident in handling the purple electric arcs here. Facing the nearly invincible purple lightning, anyone who first encountered the protective spell would inevitably be struck back by the lightning. As long as he could withstand that counterattack, the door's seal would naturally fall. With his plan settled, the black aura on Han Li's body surged and swirled, and the celestial magic armor from beyond the heavens reappeared, shimmering with layers of black runes, partially concealing his form. With a long roar, golden light spread out around him, and suddenly, a golden, three-headed, six-armed phantom emerged from behind. Han Li then pressed a hand seal, and the phantom's golden light flowed and rippled, its surface brightening dramatically, as if instantly coated with a layer of gold. "Golden Form Embodiment!" Li Shui'er, well-versed in such matters, gasped upon seeing the astonishing appearance of the Buddhist saint's form. Stone Kun's face also changed several times, expressing deep astonishment.
The technique of manifesting a physical form is achievable for many advanced cultivation methods when they reach a certain level. However, refining that form into a golden body is rare. This is not only because the relevant scriptures are exceptionally scarce; even when such scriptures are found, the materials required to form a golden body are both time-consuming and difficult to gather in sufficient quantities. Without the fortunate circumstances that allowed Han Li to sequentially obtain several key materials, it would have been entirely impossible to achieve this refinement. Although deeply astonished now, the two, Liu Shui'er and her companion, held their breath, intently observing Han Li's actions below. Without a word, Han Li simply flipped his hand once, and a dark, mountain-like formation materialized, then he threw it forward. As the mountain's gray luminescence flashed, it rapidly expanded to over ten zhang in height and struck the main hall's gate with great force. A thunderous roar echoed as the mountain made contact with the gate. Suddenly, countless purple electric arcs burst forth from the gate, intertwining and flashing, ultimately forming a vast network of electricity.
With the extraordinary weight of the Yuanmagnetic Peak, it was held firmly in place by the power grid, preventing any forward progress of the electric light. At nearly the same moment, a sharp crackling thunder roared, and several electric serpents leapt out from the door, then, in a sudden flash, materialized before Han Li, surging forward with fierce momentum. Han Li remained calm, his expression unchanged, merely narrowing his eyes slightly. In an instant, a golden glow flashed before him, and the Buddha-Saint Form unexpectedly materialized from behind to take up position in front. With his six arms blurred into motion, the golden palms extended and simultaneously pressed against several purple electric serpents. As golden light and purple electricity danced, the Buddha-Saint Form's palms remained unscathed. Then, with a reverse motion of his six arms, his five fingers grasped the purple serpents at once. Upon a low exhalation, Han Li pressed his five fingers firmly, and the serpents were instantly crushed, their bodies unraveling into countless threads and dispersing into the air.
But at the very next moment, another series of purple electric arcs shot out from the door, equally caught by the golden form. Li Shui'er and Shi Kun, witnessing this, were both startled and overjoyed. They exchanged a glance and immediately seized the opportunity to act. Shi Kun opened his mouth and expelled two shimmering silver talismans, which instantly transformed into a bright silver orb and surged toward the hall door. Meanwhile, Li Shui'er shook her sleeve, launching three gleaming golden short spears that emitted strange cries and flew off in unison. The silver orb and the three golden streaks advanced in succession, striking the purple electric arcs on the door almost simultaneously. A flash of light revealed that the silver talismans vanished silently into the electric arcs without a trace. The three golden streaks, however, burst into a loud roar, causing the golden spears to tremble and then firmly anchor themselves in a triangular formation onto the purple electric grid. The once-powerful electric network instantly quieted, its strength significantly diminished as the three golden spears absorbed a substantial portion of its power.
At this moment, Shi Kun murmured incantations, raising his hand and gently pointing at the hall door.
With a deep, resonant "pffft," a flash of white light erupted on the door, revealing a white lotus of luminous radiance, pure as snow. Initially no larger than a clenched fist, it suddenly expanded to the size of a human head in the next instant.
Though the purple electric arcs on the door flashed wildly, they proved powerless against this seemingly ethereal floral spirit, merely watching helplessly as the bloom continued to swell. Eventually, half of the hall door was enveloped within the expanding white lotus aura.
"Blast!" Shi Kun's face hardened, and he sharply intensified his spell.
As the word rang out, the luminous lotus trembled and then burst with a thunderous roar, releasing a sphere of brilliant, sun-like white light onto the door. The white radiance instantly engulfed the entire door, submerging the surface of the purple electrical grid, creating an astonishing spectacle. When the light finally subsided, the hall door reappeared, clear and renewed.
To the sight, countless irregular depressions appeared on the surface, presenting a most dismal appearance. Yet the mountain had not been completely destroyed, and as the purple light shimmered across it, all the damages rapidly healed at a speed clearly visible to the naked eye. The entire array of purple electric arcs, however, had been momentarily swept clean.
The Yuanmagnetic Peak immediately regained its freedom.
Han Li, seeing this, promptly sent a surge of spiritual energy through the mountain without hesitation.
Suddenly, the Yuanmagnetic Peak spiraled backward, then emitted a brilliant gray-white glow from its surface, expanding in size by nearly a factor of two, and then struck the hall gate with renewed force.
This time, encountering no resistance, the black mountain peak struck the gate solidly.
A thunderous roar erupted!
With the protective seal's strength significantly weakened, the gate could no longer withstand the powerful impact and began to crack and shatter piece by piece.
The black mountain peak roared as it plunged directly into the main hall.
Han Li naturally rejoiced at this sight. With a sweep of his sleeve, his bodhisattva form vanished completely, as if he had never appeared at all. A figure flashed behind him, and both Liu Shui'er and Shi Kun shot forward simultaneously, appearing side by side at the hall door like ghosts. Then, pausing at the threshold, they all stopped at the same time, each gazing at the other with different expressions—some rather puzzled.
