Our writing speed has been slowing down lately—now it takes us six to seven hours to complete just one chapter, which leaves us genuinely frustrated. We've always believed that it's better to take our time and carefully refine the details, ensuring the quality of the book meets the expectations of our paying readers. That's why, even after finishing a chapter, we keep revising its finer points and addressing inconsistencies, and our pace still hasn't improved. If we could effortlessly produce two chapters every day, we'd certainly have established a consistent update schedule. After all, everyone knows that steady updates are essential for building and maintaining reader engagement. Patient readers will notice that our chapter update times have been gradually slipping back by two to three hours each day. Moreover, every two or three days, we're limited to just one update—otherwise, we simply can't keep up. Right now, our update pace is truly pushing us to our limits.
Besides some essential household chores, we spend over 13 to 14 hours a day in front of our computers. This lifestyle has now lasted more than a year. When we reflect on it, we find it truly astonishing. We've always believed that readers pay for books to simply enjoy high-quality content—not to hear the author constantly narrating challenges. Of course, challenges are welcome, but readers should be able to overcome them on their own. What matters most is that they see quality content. Yet, now looking at this situation, we can only remain speechless. This issue touches upon our personal integrity and attitude, so we feel compelled to share our own difficulties and clarify our position in individual chapters. We sincerely hope you will continue to support Wang Yu and subscribe to this book!
