During the final period of his stay in the Cold Moon Realm, Han Li did not focus on cultivation or prepare for any specific breakthrough, but instead sought out a remote mountain, utilizing the newly acquired Jin Zhuan script. Even though he had previously been infused with that mysterious energy through the ancient site's seals, he had still failed to reach the Consolidated Body stage. With ordinary methods, a breakthrough was even less likely. After all, each time he advanced two levels consecutively, both his spiritual power and inner state required prolonged refinement before he could truly gain the opportunity to break through into the Consolidated Body stage. As for the other ethnic beings who entered this realm, none of them had achieved significant progress beyond the Lingxu peak stage—some had even stagnated for several hundred or even thousands of years, believing that further advancement was impossible within the spiritual realm, and thus had taken the risk of entering the Cold Moon Realm. According to the reports, during the final one or two months of the realm's opening, the spiritual energy flowing through its ley lines became increasingly dense, thereby slightly increasing the chances of successfully overcoming the current bottleneck.
Therefore, most foreign visitors entering this realm either close themselves off for the first year, diligently practicing and preparing for their final breakthrough, or make full use of that time to amass rare materials that cannot be found outside the realm. There's also a third category—those who enter with specific purposes, such as the Moon Immortal Princess herself. Regardless of which path they take, all begin to intensively strive to overcome their Consolidation-stage bottleneck during the final one or two months. The case of Han Li, who originally lacked late-stage True Void cultivation and instead advanced two levels consecutively within this realm to reach the late stage, is truly unprecedented—something that has never been seen before or since. Naturally, this stands apart. Nevertheless, the Golden Seal Script is indeed profoundly intricate; even after dedicating a full month to studying it, Han Li has only just begun to grasp half of its content, understanding only the most fundamental aspects. Much of this content emphasizes and elaborates upon the virtues and principles of the Spiritual Cultivation Technique.
Yet even thus, Han Li came to understand why the Moon Immortal Princess had smiled sadly and expressed great difficulty in mastering this technique. According to the Jin Zuan text, the Art of Spiritual Cultivation seemed to be an extraordinary mastery even in the realm of True Immortals, incorporating certain celestial and terrestrial laws directly into its core formula—once perfected, the cultivator's spiritual awareness would instantly expand in an astonishing manner.
This technique has not many prerequisites, and requires only a stage of Huashen or above for cultivation. However, its sole condition is that the physical body and spiritual awareness must be sufficiently strong to endure the powerful counter-effects of the technique. For once the spiritual awareness is amplified significantly, if either the physical body or the spiritual awareness fails to meet the required standard, the cultivator will immediately perish from bodily rupture. According to the method's description, to begin cultivating the first layer, the spiritual awareness must be substantially stronger than that of ordinary beings at the same stage. The physical body, however, demands even more stringent requirements—even among exceptionally specialized beings who focus solely on physical cultivation, the standard is only barely met. If only one of the two is satisfied, although such cases are rare, some still exist. When both are fully met, while the spirit realm certainly has such instances, they are truly exceptional. After all, for most cultivators, spiritual awareness is inherently much weaker than their physical body. Even among those who specialize in physical cultivation, without the support of spiritual energy, their spiritual awareness remains far from strong.
As for the second and third levels, the requirements for cultivating both aspects become even more extraordinary. Moon Lady, who specializes in refining spiritual power, naturally felt deeply disappointed upon first seeing these conditions. However, just as she had originally anticipated, the final section of the scripture indeed provides a solution—two previously unheard-of prescriptions. One is called "Mijiang Pill," the other "Ninghun Pill." According to the description, the first enhances spiritual awareness, while the second strengthens the physical body. After prolonged, consistent consumption of both pills, the cultivator gradually meets the prerequisites for practicing the cultivation of spiritual refinement. Such miraculous elixirs, naturally, are not native to the spiritual realm. Although the scripture details these prescriptions thoroughly, even outlining the steps for preparation, none of the primary ingredients used have ever been heard of by Han Li.
It was utterly impossible to concoct two kinds of spiritual elixirs in the spiritual realm. Upon reviewing the prerequisites for the Cultivation of the Divine Spirit Technique, Han Li was both astonished and relieved. He had chosen the path of cultivating both body and spirit. Thanks to his prior practice of the Daxian Technique, his spirit awareness far surpassed that of peers at his level. Combined with the powerful body-strengthening spiritual herbs he had consumed and the mastery of the Fàn Shèng True Demon Technique, his physical strength had reached an astonishing degree. Therefore, the first level was certainly achievable for him at this stage. As for the second level, once he perfected the first stage of the Divine Spirit Technique, his enhanced spirit awareness should be sufficient to meet the requirements—though his physical strength would still need to reach the peak of the Fàn Shèng True Demon Technique, and with a bit of fortune, it would not be impossible to achieve this. As for the third level, Han Li could only stroke his chin, his face expressing clear frustration. After all, the Divine Spirit Technique could amplify his spirit awareness by a considerable margin, and its utility was truly remarkable.
Needless to say, after reaching the first layer, Han Li felt his confidence in advancing to the Consolidated Stage at least increase by another two parts. Thus, time passed gradually as Han Li deeply pondered the golden script. One day, while meditating quietly within the mountain's core, he suddenly heard a humming sound emanating from his storage bracelet. Startled, he quickly glanced at his wrist. To his astonishment, a flash of light revealed three orbs of golden and silver luminescence floating out of the bracelet—exactly the three Guanghan Orders. The three seals gently trembled and then, within the span of a moment, dissolved into scattered points of light, vanishing before his very eyes. Han Li was struck with alarm, and soon felt the ground tremble slightly, with the ambient qi of the surrounding heavens and earth becoming disordered. "Is it time?" he murmured softly. A shimmer of light on his body flashed, and he instantly transformed into a streak of azure light, racing off. A short while later, as the glimmers of light faded from the sky of the desolate mountain, Han Li stepped into view, his expression serious, his gaze fixed upward.
Above the Guanghan Realm at this moment, swirling hues of mist surged and roared with fierce winds that never ceased. The ground trembled continuously, with boulders and stones of varying sizes rolling down the mountains, while tall trees swayed and leaned haphazardly, some even toppling over. Near the barren hills, birds and beasts rushed out of their nests, fleeing in panic toward open spaces. Han Li stood with his hands behind his back, eyes slowly closing, sensing the extraordinary agitation of the surrounding celestial and elemental energies. His expression grew solemn. According to the accounts given by others before their entry into the Guanghan Realm, such celestial phenomena were precisely the signs that the realm was about to begin closing. At most, within half a day, the foreign visitors would be forcibly expelled by the realm's inherent laws of nature. This was because they had left imprints on the departure array and carried special artifacts that resonated with it—upon their return, the interface forces would directly transport them back to their point of origin.
Han Li, silently pondering his various gains within the Guanghan Realm, continuously sensing the astonishing celestial phenomena of shifting colors in the heavens. Suddenly, his expression changed, and with a look of astonishment, he opened his eyes and turned toward a certain direction. There, in the lower sky where multicolored clouds rolled, a flash of light revealed two streaks of golden and white light racing straight toward him. Both streaks wavered, their colors noticeably dimmed. Yet the trailing white streak clearly outperformed the leading golden one, striving hard to catch up. The golden streak, however, evoked a sense of familiarity in Han Li. His eyes flashed blue, and with a quick glance, he clearly saw what was within the two streaks, his face now expressing mild surprise. In the golden streak, a massive golden wolf was rushing forward, powered by its inner magic, its fur torn and tattered—exactly the same B-class dark beast he had encountered twice before.
Amidst the closely pursuing white light, a strange creature resembling a white tiger with wings sprouting from its back emerged, just as disheveled as the one ahead, yet still relentlessly pursuing the golden, shadowy beast. As the two creatures fled and chased each other, both having greatly depleted their inner energies, Han Li subtly concealed his presence, making it nearly imperceptible. For a moment, neither of the two noticed the figure of Han Li at a distance. Han Li's eyes flickered with quick thought, his mind racing to figure out how to handle this unexpected turn of events. Suddenly, a low roar emerged from within his sleeve—urgent and anxious—originating from the Leopard-Scaly Beast, which had abruptly issued the sound from its spiritual creature bag, clearly excited by the arrival of the two distant beasts. Noticing the unusual behavior of the Leopard-Scaly Beast, Han Li's mind instantly recalled the peculiar changes that had occurred after this creature had devoured several high-tier shadowy beast spirit pills, changes that remained unexplained to this day. As he gazed at the golden light ahead, his expression gradually grew colder.
A thunderclap echoed, and a pair of feathered wings materialized behind Han Li. Beneath one wing, the silvery-white light strand vanished entirely. At the same instant, space rippled above the King-tier dark beast, and a colossal golden figure with three heads and six arms materialized. As the figure moved its six arms, six beams of golden light erupted with astonishing speed—so swift that barely had it finished its initial move, the beams had already reached the golden dark beast's body. Originally, even with its early-stage fusion state, this dark beast could have easily evaded such unexpected attacks. However, the beast now was nearing its final breath, its inner energy barely holding on to one-tenth of its original strength. Though it managed to spring into a desperate defensive stance, it only managed to deflect half the beams, with three golden beams striking it directly and vanishing instantly. A thunderous roar followed, instantly engulfing the dark beast in blinding golden light.
With a further ripple in the sky, a colossal black peak a thousand zhang in height and a great silver measuring rod materialized simultaneously and plunged downward without hesitation.
